Everyone’s individual circumstances vary. We have a team on hand to assist you, one on one with your NDIS pre-planning and plan implementation.

This may include:

• Assisting you to break down the information and understand the NDIS funding categories;
• Guiding you in how to link your goals and support needs with the NDIS categories in your planning process;
• Engaging you in exploring what is possible;
• Understanding your current package;
• Provide support coordination in putting together a package of supports that genuinely facilitates progress toward your goals. For example, regular hours every week, double staffing, breaking down steps to living independently, living real experiences and enhancing strained relationships.
