The Transitional Living Accommodation (TLA) model is aimed at young people leaving home for the first time, who still require full supervision. This is an environment targeted to build on skill development and opportunities for independence, within the structure of PWS support.
Eligibility for Transitional Living is dependent on having an NDIS plan which incorporates both Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding. These terms may be unfamiliar to you so please contact us if you require assistance.
Plans for the TLA housing facility on the NSW Central Coast have been finalised, and are now with Council. To submit your interest in any of Interaction’s PWS accommodation facilities, please refer to and complete our PWS Accommodation Expression of Interest Form, alternatively you can email us with your enquiry.
