Robyn has more than 20 years of experience in accounting across various industries, and since 2015 has worked in not-for-profit organisations in both the aged care and disability sectors. She has worked with medium and large NDIS providers where she built and managed operational relationships through effective communication. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, Robyn’s focus is on the improvement and promotion of effective financial management and influencing organisational development through expert advice.

Lauren has been a part of Interaction for more than two decades, and joined the Executive Leadership team in 2016. She leads the corporate management of Administration, Marketing and IT; project management; organisational strategic growth, compliance and accreditation activities.
General Manager, Accommodation
Luana has almost 30 years of experience in teaching and community services both here and in New Zealand. Since arriving in Australia in 2008 Luana has managed mental health, disability and community justice services at a senior level. More recently she has supported organisations through compliance requirements including NDIS recertification. Quality and compliance are key areas of interest along with a desire to see people reach their potential.
BAHS Practice Manager
Kim began her career in business administration, marketing and accounting and after receiving experience in each area then moved into her favourite roles in business management. She loves to work within a team and strives to achieve a positive and supporting working environment where every member of the team is supported. Kim said: ‘My goal is to create an environment that allows our clinicians to concentrate on what they do best, working with their participants to provide a high quality service and achieve the best outcomes possible.’
