The purpose of the third party verification report is to engage an independent audit organisation (DNV GL Business Assurance Australia) to record the findings developed prior to, during and at the completion of on-site verification. It assists with future planning through identifying service strengths and achievements, areas for development and recommendations to support continuous quality improvement.
NSW Disability Services Standards Third Party Verification information was taken between 4-8 September 2017. Interaction is proud to advise that 100% positive results were recorded in ALL of the areas of audit, including: Rights, Participation and Inclusion, Individual Outcomes, Feedback and Complaints, Service Access, and Service Management. Within these areas there were NO identified gaps requiring action.
